All orders are meticulously made by hand, with this in mind, shoes can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase if they are in original condition. Please try on shoes on carpet. If they are not as new upon return, a 20% fee will occur.

Returned goods are at customers expense and should be insured and tracked.

Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.
