There’s something uniquely artistic about making shoes by hand, where each stitch tells a story. As I craft each pair, I think about the journey they’ll go on—the places they’ll walk, the lives they’ll touch. Capturing that essence through photography is just as important. Recently, a French photographer took some slides to shoot. Her attention to detail, the way she plays with light, shadows, and angles to highlight the craftsmanship, truly elevated the beauty of the shoes. Her European flair brought a fresh perspective to each shot, making the shoes not just functional, but works of art in their own right.
