Hello lovely,
You probably know me as the lady who makes leather shoes barefoot in her studio while sipping tea and humming to 90s tunes (still true). But what you might not know is that my passion for foot health turned into a full-blown love affair with something unexpected: hormones.
Yep. Real talk — I’ve gone from hand-stitching soles to helping women feel more grounded in their bodies by understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Here’s how it happened:
Making your shoes taught me that every foot is unique, it deserves support, structure & space to move. Then, through studying to become a reflexologist, I learned just how connected our feet are to the rest of us: our digestion, stress, ovaries, adrenal glands — the whole hormonal orchestra.
Turns out… Just like shoes can be custom-made to fit you, hormonal health can be too.
So I started Food For Her — a space dedicated to helping women (especially in perimenopause and menopause) understand their hormones, reduce overwhelm, and feel good again.
If you’re curious, I’d love to invite you into this new corner of what I do.
Because it’s not just about making beautiful shoes — it’s about helping you feel balanced from the ground up.
Here’s what you’ll find at Food For Her:
Free downloads to help you understand your hormones and how to support them.
Monthly newsletters with zero fluff — just real talk, helpful tips & food your hormones will love.
A calm space for women who are done feeling “off” and ready to feel like themselves again.

Thanks for being here… whether you’ve followed my journey through shoes, and I’ve followed yours, or you’re just as hormone-curious as I am now. I truly believe that when women feel supported, we all walk a little lighter (pun intended – ’cause I’m cheesy like that).Big love,
